$1000 Deposit For Large or Special Events

Dates are posted to the calendar as deposits are received. All jobs require no less than 7 days notice.

No date is reserved until a deposit is received. You will also receive an email from rich@havepigwilltravel.com telling you the deposit was received and the date is yours.
You must confirm all details one week (7 days) prior to your event, head count, serving time, cooking location (address), food order and I will give you my arrival time. HEAD COUNTS DO NOT CHANGE AFTER I ORDER THE PIG.
Once you know the date you would like please contact us by email or phone and I will confirm if in fact the date is available. The calendar below will be updated as often as possible. But keep in mind a day could appear open but a customer's check may be in the mail.

If for any reason you need to cancel, I refund all deposits if I receive two (2) full weeks notice. Credit card refunds are subject to a small fee. (whatever the bank charges me).

Travel Time: we do charge for travel.
To make a $500.00 deposit for a party or for a standard catering job you can use the "Pay Now" link below.
Email me "Rich" for direct contact phone number or mailing address. There is no processing fee for deposits. Although if I return a credit/debit card deposit due to cancellation you will receive a $5 charge as that is what the bank charges me.

Please know you do not need a PayPal account to send the deposit, PayPal is simply the bank processing the transaction. You information is safe and secure. Please note several customers have had problems using this link with mobile phones, although many have no problem. Also nobody has had a problem using the links with a PC or Mac. Please know when paying final balances for your events using a credit/debit card or PayPal there is a 3% transaction fee.
